Keeping F.I.T.

I've been doing excessive amount of exercise recently just to reduce my body weight and to keep back in shape. I do swimming most of the time by swimming for 10laps which is equals to approx. 30mins. But each time when I go underwater, I always do wonder how much calories do I burn by just swimming? FYI, when I workout in the gym, I always notice on how much calories I burn doing the exercises because there is always the numbers on the workout machine's screen showing you and to let you keep track on the amount of calories burned.

Swimming is really cool. It something where you feel clean and fresh doing. You can't even feel your sweat but at the same time, you're burning much more calories in the water than on the ground. Based on the website shapefit.com; a website which contains most of the information about exercising, it is stated that the amount of calories that we burn while swimming is equivalent to 704calories - breast stroke style. Wow! I can't imagine that. What if I increase my stamina? Let's say 15laps? Wow! I'm amazed by just how much calories that I can burn by swimming. It is defo gonna be my number1 choice of losing weight!

Talking about exercise, mum just convinced me to join the 10km run in Hong Kong next year! Oh my God! I can't believe that I'm doing this again! I am defo challenging myself in all these matter. I can't wait to experience running in a cold weather country. That will be so cool. Running in windbreaker. Wow! I just love outdoor activities. Till then sweeties! For those who do not exercise, I reckon that you should try putting on your sports attire and get started! It's really fun!
